 After living in California for a total of 15 years and coming back about 20 years ago, I have been rediscovering Japan through introducing it as a certified guide. I appreciate the fact Japan has an unique history and a great diversity of cultural backgrounds, including traditional arts/crafts and local cuisines. Tokyo is an enormous city with different neighborhoods and faces, it seems like it changes almost everyday. It is my great pleasure to show this city especially Ueno area where I grew up along Yanaka/Nezu Shitamachi (traditional) neighborhoods.
